A picture is worth a thousand words
Sometimes I look at photographs and wish I could recreate the mood, the moment, the circumstance. . . other times, I look at a photograph and go “wow I want that scarf and OH MY GOD I wish I could pull off over-the-knee socks”.

Do you think she’s pulling off those socks? Obviously I don’t mean physically but fashionistically. I think they are wrong. I think the whole outfit is wrong. I like her scarf but I suspect it could be his. Did I ever tell you my friend Louise knits scarves like this…?

I kind of think she is, although I would like if the brogues had a little more of a heel. And I’m not sure who owns the scarf, now that you mention it, but it is beautiful – and no you didn’t, please have her knit me one before the cold winters draw in!
