Such great heights
I got an e-mail yesterday morning courtesy of the delightful folk at Debenhams – they have a new shoe! Usually one type of shoe doesn’t warrant an entire e-mail, but this shoe is different: it has a six-inch heel so now shoppers can be “like Victoria Beckham and Cheryl Cole whose heels are always around the six-inch mark”. Well colour me happy!
But the really good news about these shoes is that “anyone buying the six-inch super-shoes must learn a new type of walk to stay stable”. If that’s not enough to convince you, hear this: “Extreme high heels push out a woman’s bum and boobs and force her hips into a sexy sway.” (I wonder what Nine Deuce would have to say about this?) If this really has sold you on the merits of these skyscrapers, and you have €95 to spare, they will be available in Debenhams on Dublin’s Henry St. (Cue applause and much rejoicing.)
