These streets will make you feel brand new
I wish I lived in New York, because then I could go to this architectural installation at the Storefront for Art and Architecture (via Today and Tomorrow). See here for the explanatory post.

I can console myself with the fact that I will be there for Thanksgiving, and with the fact that I’m going to London for two days, one night, in November (anyone got a welcoming couch?) – days I plan on filling with the Tate Modern, the V&A and some general street peeping. Complaining aside, the Science Gallery does put on some great exhibitions, exhibitions I really don’t make enough effort to go see, and in the meantime there’s David LaChapelle to take in and a jaunt to Imma, which I haven’t done in a long, long time.

Hope you have fun in NYC at Thanksgiving, parade and all.
I’ve only been to NYC like four times, even though I’m close enough around Boston. NYC has a lot to offer, but I would not want to live there. I see the Boston area as being comparable to Dublin.
