If you feel the burning need to get in touch with me, contact me via email but try to make it clear in the subject line what you’re looking for. And no, I don’t want to buy a timeshare in the Bahamas, but thanks all the same!

Well done on the weight loss, great achievement in such a short length of time. I’m getting married in yiep 5 weeks & am trying to get half a stone off in that time. I hear you – cut down on the carbs, but what protein powder should I use for shakes? This area baffles me… could you give me the make, flavour, size tin I should buy? Would really appreciate. Thanks a mill

    Hey Rosemary,

Hi Rosemary, Love following your Snapchat and blog. I am currently looking for a good new book to read and wondering if you have any recommendations? I think during the week you mentioned some books you had recently bought on snapchat, maybe they were all non-fiction though?

Hi Emma! They were indeed all non-fiction – but in fiction terms, I loved The Art of Fielding by Chad Harbach; I enjoyed The Girl on the Train by Paula Hawkins (bit soapy but hard to put down!); The Long Hot Summer by Kathleen McMahon was very entertaining too (and Irish!) – and if you haven’t read Louise O’Neill’s two novels, they’re brilliant.

I have read one of Louise O Neill’s and The Girl on a Train and loved them so will give the others a go, thanks a mil Rosemary!

[Blog Idea] Hi Rosemary, I wondered if you’d ever possibly do a piece on the massive size fluctuations that exist within clothing retailers that operate here? I’ve seen some US based ones, but I’d love one with an Irish twist and I think you’d be the perfect one to do it right! I say this as an extremely frustrated, average build woman who wears trousers and jeans ranging from size 10 to size 16!!!

    Hi Rosemary ,
Found your blog and honestly the restaurant info is great . Looking to go to Ireland in July ? Meet up with relatives in Dublin . I have a low sodium diet that is tough, but I think the restaurants sound like they accommodate your needs . Any advice would be deeply appreciated as I hate missing out on fun and life because of this diet . I have an inner ear disorder called Ménière’s disease . I don’t get vertigo just ear blocks with too much salt in diet . Doing great and just wish to go to Ireland. Seeing my relatives would be so greAt .
    Thanks !

I’m halfway reading the transcript of the podcast, the episode based on accessibility. I’ve dabbled in writing before but you’ve inspired me to start my own blog! Any tips for a newbie? I’d be very grateful 🙂
