This is not a new concept; a blog post on Cyber Week / Black Friday discount codes is pretty par for the course among influencers who want to get your affiliate dollar. Cyber Week is the biggest online shopping event of the year. My first year sharing Black Friday discount codes, I made €1,000 in commission. Yep. I made a grand. (That year I think I made around €20,000 in total so that €1,000 made a big difference!)
I have two things I would urge you this Cyber Week: firstly, don’t buy with ridiculous abandon. You probably don’t need all of those bargains; it’s probably true to say that the majority of us have enough stuff. (Why not use Cyber Week to buy Christmas presents instead? Heaven knows that’s what I’ll be doing!) Secondly, use the affiliate links of the influencers you like. Use links from people you think put in the work, or whose feeds you just like following. Show your appreciation by buying through those links and letting them get a little kickback. It doesn’t cost you anything and it could make a big difference to their annual salary!
But without further ado…
FYI: I’ll be updating this throughout the week as discount codes change, as some pop up and others disappear, so please shout if you try something and it’s not working, or if you spot a code I’ve missed!
Cyber Week discount codes: the definitive A-Z
Ambr – spend over €100 on blue light-blocking glasses by Ambr and get 50% off. That is a pretty sweeeeet deal.
Amazon – Amazon runs Black Friday deals all week, across a range of products. Right now there are deals on things like the Echo Dot, Kindle and memory foam mattresses, for starters. They usually don’t ask for discount codes – you’ll see the Black Friday deals in the banner!
Arket – the H&M group-owned brand (disclosure: I’ve never even tried on something from Arket) has a different sale on each day. Today is white Wednesday, with 25% off selected items.
Asos – it’s here!!! 20% off everything with the code HELLO20. Go mad!
Audible – sign up to Audible between now and December 14th and get your first four months for 50% of its regular price (£3.99 per month instead of £7.99). Use your time to listen to Tina Brown reading from The Vanity Fair Diaries; or Lily Allen reading My Thoughts Exactly and, if you haven’t already, absolutely listen to the incredible West Cork podcast.
Beauty Bay – the beauty site’s call-out says to buy now at 30% off, or buy later at full-price, so there’s no word on how long this Black Friday offer is lasting, or whether or not it’ll change throughout Cyber Week. If you see something at 30% off, the best bet would be to buy now – if you wait, you may miss it and it’s unlikely they’ll go for a higher discount than that! There’s up to 50% off party essentials, which is also worth a look.
Boden – get 30% off everything on-site with the code N3N1. (Their shoes are adorable.)
Boohoo – nab yourself a bargain with 30% off everything on Boohoo.com right now.
Charlotte Tilbury – this is inexplicable, because honestly I’d say Charlotte Tilbury has no issue selling her skincare and makeup, but there’s up to 30% off on the website right now.
Cloud 10 Beauty – there’s up to 30% off everything on Cloud 10, including Morphe, Stila and Emma Hardie.
Cult Beauty – right now there’s up to 40% off on Cult Beauty, on selected items, but I suspect those offers will change up towards the end of the week. One I’d be very tempted to indulge in is 30% off all Becca products.
Currys PC World – right now the electrical / tech / white goods etc shop has a “Black Tag” event going with massive savings to be made on fridge/freezers, home technology, wearable tech, headphones and more – like these Sony wireless headphones which are less than half-price.
Daisy London – get 20% off all jewellery from Daisy London with the code TAKE20 at checkout now. Don’t say I never give you anything!
Debenhams – Black Friday has arrived at Debenhams, with half-price offers every day for 12 days (riffing on the 12 days of Christmas, I presume). The 50% off offers appear online one day, and in-store the next, so if there’s anything you have your heart set on I’d recommend nabbing it online ASAP!
Fact + Fiction – this brand, formerly known as Gym Tote, sells, er, gym bags! They have separate compartments for your shoes, makeup, wet towels etc and they’re water resistant. I love mine! Get up to 30% off everything now.
Fields the Jeweller – (Full disclosure: I work for Fields now, so I have the inside track, and a vested interest in you buying things! Ha!) There’s an extra 20% off sale in stores and online and, if you’re a member of the Privilege Club – which already gets 15% off engagement rings, gold and sterling silver jewellery, you’ll get an extra 5% off, taking your discount up to a whopping 20% off full-price.
GHD – there’s 30% off your plain ol’ run-of-the-mill GHD styler, 20% off curling tongs, 15% off GHD hairdryers… pretty good offers if you’re a GHD fan!
Gym + Coffee – there’s between 10% and 40% off a whole host of items across the range from this Irish-owned gymwear brand. (I’ve never tried their stuff but have it on good authority that their hoodies are really cosy.)
Gymshark – up to 70% off in the women’s Blackout sale. I have never bought from Gymshark, I have never tried on anything from Gymshark, I have never even seen anyone wearing Gymshark IRL but I know that (a) it looks great on Instagram and (b) Roz Purcell wears it to the gym so that’s good enough for me.
Harvey Norman – here’s another homewares / tech / white goods retailer with big savings to be made on everything from iPhones to dishwashers, TVs, technology and so on. Great present ideas too, such as this Fujifilm Instax Minions camera.
H&M – the Swedish high street giant seems to be doing a different offer every day; right now, you can get up to 50% off tops. If there’s something you have your eye on, I’d definitely monitor the site carefully throughout the week!
House of Fraser – you’ll get up to 60% off (I hate when sites say “up to 60%” because I always suspect it means, “most things are barely discounted at all”, but there you go!) items in the Black Friday edit.
iGlow – I can’t give any verdict on whether or not iGlow will transform your life; I’ve just purchased it myself and have yet to start using it! But Laura’s Views recommends it, and I trust her implicitly. They’re offering 25% off all serums for Black Friday week.
Kinvara Skincare – you can get 20% off every single thing on Kinvara Skincare (an Irish skincare brand whose cleansing face oil is one of my favourites I’ve ever tried) for all of Black Friday week. They also do great gift sets that would make a lovely Christmas present.
La Redoute – there’s 40% off absolutely everything on La Redoute with the promo code BLACKFRIDAY. I’m obsessed with their homewares (I do not need any homewares).
Liberty London – up to 30% off, plus 15% off beauty (including 15% off the Diptyque carousel I bought myself last week, don’t even talk to me).
Littlewoods Ireland – up to 40% off selected products in the Black Friday edit. It actually includes loads, from fashion to footwear to PlayStation games, the Apple Watch… loads.
Missguided – 20% off absolutely everything on Missguided.com right now. I’ve only bought from it once; I had to size up in almost everything. That’s my 2 cents.
NA-KD – get 30% off everything this Cyber Week using the code BLACKWEEK which seems like an odd mish-mash of Black Friday and Cyber Week but who am I to complain?
NastyGal – there’s 50% off absolutely everything on NastyGal.com right now. No code, no promo. It’s automatically applied at checkout. Everything.
Never Fully Dressed – buy any top on NeverFullyDressed.co.uk and get any skirt at 50% off. (Yes, including that leopard print skirt that’s been all over Instagram!)
New Look – it’s the biggest Black Friday sale ever (allegedly), with up to 50% off items at New Look.
Peachy Lean – get 20% off everything on peachylean.com with the code BLACKFRIDAY18. These are my absolute favourite working out (or lounging around the house) leggings. Super high waisted, really supportive without being way too tight and super long. They’re just gorgeous. (I’m a 14 and I wear size M.)
Pretty Little Thing – get 30% off everything with the code EARLY30. They’re still calling this their Black Friday warm-up, so expect that to change throughout Cyber Week!
River Island – spend €100 or more on River Island right now and take 20% off. Pretty sweet!
Selfridges – take up to 20% off by using the code SELFCCE at checkout.
Simply Be – shop the Black Friday build-up with up to 50% off going-out now (I’d imagine this will change to include more lines throughout the week).
Smyths – a random addition to the Black Friday roundup, Smyths is offering rare discounts on LEGO for Black Friday! As an avid LEGO fan, this pleases me. They’re also offering €5 off when you spend €50 in-store, and €10 off when you spend €100, also in-store.
Space NK – SpaceNK is being quiet about Black Friday offers, but keep an eye on the site because there’s sure to be something coming!
Stiall – take 25% off every single thing on stiall.com, including sale, with the code FRIDAY. Irish-owned, ethically sourced. Tick, TICK!
Sweaty Betty – there’s 25% off everything on SweatyBetty.com with the code cheers.
Topshop – it’s here! Up t0 50% off every single thing on Topshop.com. GO, GO, GOOOOOOO!
Urban Outfitters – up to 50% off for Black Friday!
Whistles – take 30% off everything on the site. Everything. Looooooove.
